you can make the front parking lights come on with switch in both positions. It's not hard. Do a search on this forum for it.

Why not order them all? Or better yet, get the roller idler from Opentracker. I'm happy with mine.

yep replace it, and as he says here its the evaporator, the condenser coil is in front of the radiator. You'd get a big surprise if you ordered a condenser.

Good for you! You built your car for you and your family. You may have had a son or daughter pitch in , maybe your wife. Also a friend may have contributed somehow. This is what this hobby Is about. The love for our cars to be sure , but most of all it's about the important people in your life. Also when some say nice car, That's good too.
Just recently I went to this cruise night with my Mach 1. There was this young man oogling my car. He took pictures and ask a ton of questions. I answered them all. Then when the evening was winding down. I let him start the car. He was absolutely thrilled! His Mom and Grandpa were stunned I would do this. They took pics of him in the car and he was very happy. THIS IS WHAT IT"S ALL ABOUT!
just my opinion!

Be careful in re-connecting the heater core. Leaking, may be the reason it's disconnected. Good luck!

Here you go Dan, a trophy for one beautiful car. I too hit that slump last year entering my 70 vert in car shows, especially after giving her all the my sweat, love, labor, and $$. Entering shows now to me is all about that one person that says "WOW", new found friends, sharing the car's story, and also being able to help another Stangster out. After all, you're driving your trophy, the other is just a piece of wood or plastic.

ashleesmach1 reacted to jholmes217 in Whats your favorite wheel for a Mach 1
Mach 1s don't leak. They are just marking their territory!
I'm partial to the old school look. I like the stock GT style wheels, Magnums, Cragers, Keystone Classics, and slotted aluminum mags. Solid brushed or polished Centerlines can look good also, especially for the racer look with big meats in the back and pizza cutters up front. Do not care for the tall rims with thin tire.

ashleesmach1 got a reaction from WilliamFug in Modern Starter
I am looking to install a more modern starter on my car. I want to replace the heavy original unit for a lighter one. The one off a 93 Mustang Cobra would fit the bill. However, I'm not sure how to connect the wires with the solenoid on the fender. I really don't want to loose the solenoid. Can I bypass the lighter starters solenoid and connect the power wire directly to the starter ? Thanks!

Sam, no validation from an outside source is important or needed. If your happy with what you did to your car then "that" is all that matter. Who cares what others think!
