Thought it was just a head gasket...nope..heads destroyed..and 3 pistons hurt....to much timing for pump gas.... ordered new heads and custom pistons that will keep the compression down around 11...

Changed rear gear from 4.11 to a 3.70...new slicks mounted..getting read for next week racing...I haven't had a good year...driver keeps sleeping on the tree...

had braces welded on my doors also.. left drivetrain in while doing all the sheet metal.. had to trim one door and extend the other after all the welding was done.. oops...cant tell now.. Floors torque boxes frame rails inner rockers trunk floor.. the list goes on ..

I have two gauges mounted to the a pillar...oil and volt...try to get a pic. In the morning...was a 1988 pod for a Mustang ...was close...not in the face ....still have great view.

The backing plate on the pedals support has aluminum bushing most of the bolts go through...They need to be drilled out and I used a Bendix booster that took a larger hole in the brackets ...Just measure where the booster goes through and see what you need...Other boosters like a Midland .... might be a better fit but this is what I had laying around...This was not a fun job..

I have stock mounts on mine... no modifications at all...no problems after 3 years of track and street abuse...

Who makes the best heater core out there? I took my car for a spin and pop there it goes again...I have installed 3 in this car and want this to be the last....im not thrilled about tearing the dash back apart...just put pedals in it for a 4 speed and I want to drive it...oriellys will replace it but im looking for something that will last....
