  1. Welcome to the site ! Look forward to the updates. Have a color in mind ?
  2. Starting to get into the gravy :)
  3. Hands down one of the top unseen upgrades you can do to a mustang IMO. Along with the pedal effort being noticeably better.
  4. Shouldn't be a problem. Looks like it blended in well.
  5. Looks awesome ! great choice on the rims :)
  6. Ya Paul when are you starting the thread ;) ? Good stuff Bob and yes they're sexy fasteners ! What did you have to do to straighten the pillar ?
  7. Looks good ! How hard will it be for removal ?
  8. Looks good ! So what do you have up your sleeve for the sound deadening ?
  9. Dam Photo bucket my last post took me over an hour, picture showing up upside down yetta yetta. So Ash, anyways staying with original heater box which is non-A/C. Looking for a good donor at the moment. I'll check the link out.
  10. Photo Bucket has been a real bitch for me since a maintenance shut down just awhile back. Anyways I've meant to add to my thread my steering wheel refurbish at Rim Blow Buddy as this wheel has a special story. I met a gentleman one day when I was checking on my car at the first body shop. He said his son had the same year car but had recently passed away and that he still had the steering wheel from his car and asked if I'd like to have it and put it to good use. So sure, but didn't take it real serious. A month or so later it was delivered to the body shop. I was quite sad that I couldn't remember his name, but it will go to good use one way or another. Anyways the owner of RBB at the time sent me progress pic's as it went through. The finished product was good BUT shortly after getting it discovered the horn strip doesn't work all the way around and in a few places have to squeeze really hard to make it work. Tried to get it resolved, but got walls of excuses and the owner I knew was no longer there. So I'll live with it for now. Here's a few of the ones she sent me: Arrival (bottom right) Finished product: Back home: I refurbished the pad my self
  11. I've been trying to do something every day. I've pulled the parking brake out and sand blasted, took my heater box apart to realize just how bad it is, so to be determined. Received parts from Muscle Car Research (nothing but nice things to say about them. My parts arrived damaged and he sent me new parts even though there was no shipping insurance and both orders arrived quickly) for the steering column, just needs a little more cleaning then paint. Totally disassembled the dash so working on that at the moment. Plus been heavy on the computer research, research and more research lol.
  12. Ha, that funny, hear you on that lol. Looking very, very nice !
  13. I believe mine is approx 12 g
  14. Helping with a "70 build last year and used the Mercedes black - came out very nice and the owner has expressed how nice it keeps up. The prt # was Shermin/Williams Ultra 1 p/# U-12739. I will be using this on my car.
  15. Looking fantastic :) ! Really appreciate all the photo's you take. When all said and done do you think that at least 315's will stuff in there ?
  16. Good ol' Dave Kindig, incredible car designer/builder.
  17. My floor mats are in need of being refurbishing. I'm checking to see if anyone has had any luck recoloring/dying theirs. Hard to see in the pic's but in places it looks like when you bend a piece of colored plastic you get that washed out/discolored look. Any suggestions appreciated.
  18. All these things added up make the interior of these cars so nice, very nice haul :)
  19. Great stuff Mike ! Did you install the bearing upgrade for the clutch pedal ?
  20. Yes that is drool materiel ;0..... I'm looking forward to trying the FAST system hopefully blown :)
  21. Looking to see if anyone has any pics of a few areas of what the dash should look like as mine appears to have been modified. Also there is a bracket on the drivers side right beside the radio that looks like it may hold something like a flasher relay or something similar. Not sure if that is factory or not. Then on the front of the radio opening a bracket has been cut up as well. The rear radio mount: You can see both the relay bracket and radio mount: This front bracket seems to have been hacked also:
