  1. Hi Barnett, I will be in the US (St Louis) end of next week and usually come home with an extra bag full of parts. I am interested in replacing my radio on my 69 Mach 1 and like the look of the Custom Auto Sounds. Are you able to send me some prices for the Slide Bar, USA230 and 630 with the Blu Tooth option as well as a price for the 740. Also happy for any advice on fors and againsts each one. Thanks, Mal.
  2. Very nice. Now you can keep the 69 for yourself.
  3. On my Mach 1 it ran down the side kick panel and along the door sill with the main loom. Not sure about the RH side but I think the same.
  4. Thanks guys, my blanking plate turned up last night. Exactly what I wanted. Shep69 I will post the horn today.
  5. The valve gear looks really clean. Must be a recent overhaul. Back in tomorrow?
  6. Great. I'll definately be going there
  7. Thanks for that. I'm staying next to the main airport. Is that far away?
  8. That's exact;ly what I was looking for. Thanks.
  9. Hi all, I will be in St Louis at the end of April and will have Saturday 21, Tuesday 24, Wednesday 25 and Sunday 29 free. Looking for anything to do or see that is Mustang or muscle car. Of course I will be going to Fastlane Classic Cars. That's a given. As my Birthday is on the 24th the wife said to buy myself something at Fastlane. I don't think she realises they sell cars. Also will be taking an extra suitcase to stock up on parts from CJPP. Saves on postage to Australia.

I did like the link to the 2020 Bronco. So hope they release them in Australia. I had one before and wish I never sold it.
  11. I hear you Brian but I come from a family of horders and make a concious effort not to go down that path. If the car was completely original and any chance I would replace the horn I would keep it. I think I will weld a plate over the hole as I have the shaker permanantly open.
  12. I have no use for it so happy to send it. No need for any $. I am running out of space in the garage. Sorry Barnett. RPM got in first.
  13. Thanks RPM, I have locked my shaker open. I did not see any benifit in sucking warm air from the engine bay. If you want to PM me your address I will post it over as soon as I take it off.

What the hell is worng with these fools?????????????? Sadly some morons will buy them and say they own a Mustang. Should not be permitted in any selfrespecting Mustang Club.
  15. I would like to fit a Monte Carlo Bar to my 69 with 351C and Shaker but the air filter horn is in the way. When I take off the horn there is a small flange that sticcks out around 3/8". Is there a cover that I can buy that fits over the flange and if so does anyone know where I can get one, or should I remove the flange and weld up the hole. Any other suggestions as well. Thanks.
  16. That sounds like a really intersting technique. I will give that a try next time. Thanks.
  17. Bugger, that must be sole destroying after all that work. I'd just park over a bucket for a while.
  18. I was wondering where you were. Looking great. Will need another wash though.
  19. We've all got a favourite. Mine is the first born too!
  20. There's some realy smart bartards on this site. Very humbling.
  21. I have been pretty disappointed with how Lokar show their kits. It is usually not clear that all the brackets are not included and by the time it turns up it's too late. I rang to question it with the throttle cable and they were not interested. It's a shame they make nice parts or I would go else where.
  22. I found it easier to make a complete new bracket. The old one was a dodgy piece of angle iron.

Great looking car. Looking forward to some more pics. Maybe with some nice Italian background!
