Curious about this. Is there a specific reason for not welding the body onto the frame? I guess I didn't expect you to bolt it together.

I had the same dilemma but ended up cleaning them real good, fixing the blemishes, primering with aluminum compatible primer then painting with VHT wrinkle paint.

I have been searching for a replacement for my 06 for a couple of months now. The 06 runs fine but its getting a lot of miles on it, recently turned 180K, so I wanted to replace it before it dies and I have to. Been looking for a 2010-2014 in dark red. Saw a 2011 at Lebanon Ford a couple weeks ago online, wanted to go look at it then but didn't have the time. Was checking autotrader online weekly. Last weekend it was no longer listed. Figured it was gone. It showed up back on autotrader when I looked Friday so decided to go check it out Saturday. So I ended up buying the 2011, has 11K miles on it. All in all out the door with taxes, fees and 6 year/100K mile warranty for 15K. The car is brand new inside and out. Found out this morning after a little research, cause I was curious about the side stripe, that it is a Mustang Club of America Edition. 1of 187 coupes made with candy red paint.

Take off the radio/HVAC faceplate then slide the side trim pieces down. The side trim pieces are held in place at the top by pins from the faceplate that poke through the holes near the top of the side trim pieces and a tab on each side hanging down from the upper dash pad.

There are 4 brake pedals; manual trans manual brakes (my first pic), manual trans power brakes (second pic), auto trans manual brakes, and auto trans power brakes. The manual brake pedals mount on the clutch pedal shaft. The power brake pedals mount with a bolt thru the pivot end of the pedal and high up on the bracket, they're longer. Sounds like you need the same one I have (top pic).

Saw my first 2015 mustang saturday on the way to the UD football game. Was passing by some university housing and sitting in front of one was a brand new, with temporary tags, yellow V6 model. I gotta say it looked pretty good. I need to get a closer look at one though.

Lol! I think my wife is starting to get suspicious with the parts I have stacked next to the stove.

I don't have a build thread. The time I get to work on the car is sporadic at best. I do add pics to my photobucket on occasion when I do accomplish something.

I especially like this last comment "The sale price is negotiable but will only increase as I continue to make improvements"

My desire is to have something that has the look of 60s sports racer wheels. This is the closest I've found so far. They are 17x8 & 17x9 and would require about a .5 inch spacer to be close to 4.5" backspace up front. Rear can handle 6" BS tops. Center bore is smaller than ford but may not be an issue with a spacer. Black center on bronze, opinions on a dark red car?

They look like they could be swapped L & R which I think could happen if they they are rotated 90*. That looks like that would put the tab for the shock at an odd angle. The hole pattern for the U-bolts looks close enough to being square that it would be possible.

Up until earlier today the seller listed it as a GT. Now its listed as a Boss. I contacted the seller several days ago to let them know that according to the VIN it couldn't be a GT but only a base 302 2V car. It was still up this morning as a GT so I reported them. The 14K price tag hasn't changed but is very suspicious but I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they're delusional regarding the price. Now think it might be a scammer.
