Mike and I got the car off of rotisserie onto lift. Put front wheels on car and ready to put rear end and suspension in place. Was exciting to see new wheels on car. -

Question on Shelby drop

I’m drilling my shock towers today for the Shelby/Arning drop. Do I need to weld up the old holes or just leave them? Also, the new holes are pretty close to the end of the support bracket. Will this be an issue? -

Making more headway. Our new fixture that bolts to our subframe jig works excellent for perfect alignment. The jig sets the rear hinge panels, the top rails and the radiator support exactly where they need to be. -

Edges are rolled and the front lip is spot welded . I made a slight V in the peak ,it was to flat looking . I still have to figure out how to finish off the rear ,it has a 3/4 inch rise like a cowl induction hood but much lower . I did manage to get two very slight dings in the top edge but i am really happy so far -
