My car has a 3.50 gear and it has an fmx tranny. It needed 23 tooth driven gear to get it right. so I guess a 21 tooth driven gear would work for your gear of 3.25

yeah I got the repos as well , ( the originals were shot) they ok but the they are a little short when I lower the back seat. the ridge that the back sits on is not wide enough. wish someone would make them right. Mustangs to fear do you make them right? I sincerely doubt it. oh yeah, I have a fastback.

I have tried and tried to get on this forum. Adjustable strut rods, bigger sway bar w/urethane bushings and end links and weld in shock plates. good street strip shocks, an export brace and a shock tower to shock tower brace

clean them, re-plate them and paint the insides so they won't rust, good luck

does NPD carry the type 3 23 tooth speedometer gear?

ok My car has 26.28 inch tires, 3.50 rear end, fmx tranny with a 8 drive gear, supposedly. According to this calculator http://www.classic-cougar.com/tools/speedocalc/speedocalc.php it says the car needs a 21 tooth driven gear. well that's what I have and it's 8mph off. like I said, at 60 on the speedo the gps says the car is doing 52.........help?=(
