What hubs for the 1970 drum brake spindles??
RPM replied to jwscarab's topic in 1969-70 Technical Forum
Per Mustang Steve site... 67-73 Mustang 67-69 spindle or 70-73 spindle 67 V8 disc or drum, 68-69 drum only, 70-73 drum only Hubs 65-69 Mustang fit the 67-69 spindle, 70-73 Mustang hubs fit 70-73 spindle using 70-73 bearing 68-73 disc spindles and hubs DO NOT FIT -
Depends on your particular springs.

Hood? The tandem caught my eye first!

Weiand has a way to check a manifold height. http://www.holley.com/data/TechService/Technical/Choosing%20A%20Manifold.pdf I used it when I got my Stealth.

Is this for an existing hole, or did you cut the hole then try to fit an antenna?
-
I'm not going to bend the arm, I'll weld the tube to the ball joint cup at an angle like the AFCO and Ron Morris arms are made. But if I was going to bend them I would have The Chassis Shop make the bends when I bought the tubing from them.

I went to measure mine and when I couldn't locate it, realized I had tossed it since it was pitted and needed replaced.
-
Hey guys, does anyone have easy access to the centerline measurement from the attachment point on the body to the center of the ball joint? I'm building tube arms and traded mine. I wrote down 14 1/2", but my jig is a different measurement and would like to confirm. Thanks, Bob.

Nice look! Do you know the diameter of the tires? Have you run it withe the new wheels yet? What size are the fronts? Any suspension mods to the front? Me likes!

I would contact the seller and advise him of the wrong title. It could be a simple mistake or a crime. If you receive the wrong, or no answers from him, contact the police. As they say in Vegas, good luck.

Posi traction is a chebby term. Ford used equa loc and traction loc. equa is weaker. Yours looks to me like an equa loc.

the 5th digit of the vin is the engine code. after 3 moves can't locate my vin decoder. don't think they did a 2 barrel 390. think all FE's had 352 on them.

A-arm punched through the shock tower... now what?
RPM replied to 1BAD351's topic in 1969-70 Technical Forum
Big work. used shock tower or aftermarket? MII depends on the other side. Good luck. -
Nice ride! Mine was made in San Jose, Ca in 1969 and I believe all the workers smoked dope at lunch.
