  1. I got the measurements from an oem arm, then made the pivot points a bit narrower for wheel clearance. I'm having the upper arm pivot shaft machined as my lathe is not big enough for the 1" hex bar to fit thru the lathe spindle to turn the end and drill and tap.
  2. Thanks Jayru, no plans, just wanted to do it right.
  3. Finally started fabbing my front control arms. Got them tacked, will tig them up this week.
  4. The big end of that fastener slips into a tab on the inner valance, the bolt slides thru the rear body where a nut tightens it.
  5. The rocker molding is easily removed. Use a mig and plug weld the screw holes, then smooth out with body filler. Did mine years ago.
  6. The Stealth has at least an inch of material at the carb mount area that can be milled lower if needed.
  7. Can you not fab a strap w/mounting hole, mark the mount location on tube, then remove tube and weld strap to it? Seems simple enough.

  10. Why would one washer fit the contour of the bushing, and the other washer not? Not make sense to me.

  14. Have you checked both surfaces to see which one is not flat?

  19. Do you really want to weld in subframe connectors to an R code? I do have them on my Mach I, but those R codes are pretty valuable and pricey. But, you did say you would never sell it, so...

  21. If your diagram is the one I've attached, it is only the lower measurements. You will also need one which shows the upper measurements, those on the top of the radiator support, the fender aprons and cowl. A good body shop or frame shop should have the upper diagram.
