speed unlimited in morningside MD. has very nice billit aluminum cable brackets but they are about $75. and the odd thing is that you need the one for GM cables with a square hole to fit the square end. the ones they have for fords have a round hole. I can look in my receipt pile and get the part #. the # on my receipt is "S00 1000".

If the trans and rear are the same type, yes, body type should not make any difference.

I checked the height, it is 24" to the top of the rear bumper at the outside corners of the car with about a 1/4 tank of gas, p215/70r14 tires w/24psi.

if you take one of the orig. clips to an auto parts store that has a selection of clips and match them up. other than that any mustang restoration parts supplier should have them [california mustang] or an auto glass dealer. it sounds like the shop is just jerking you around.

Spoiled Again! (Install Front & Rear Spoiler)

first get the brackets that go inside the trunk, you have to use a hole saw to make the hole to mount these, they bolt on with the trunk lid bolts, then drill the holes through the lid. this is how I was able to get the correct location because no one could tell me. good luck! -

it all depends on which springs are installed at the factory. CJ mach 1's had a different spring than a 250 six cyl. I just installed a new set of std. springs about 2 months ago, I can get a measurement if it would help.

hey dude, that is the closest vin# that I have seen to mine. mine = [9T02L107334] FYI = they start the #'s at 100,001, so mine is #7334 and yours is #7393, but they wern't all built in order due to different assembly lines. mine was built in jersey.

When I did mine I replaced inner and outer so I did not notice the seam weld. Is it on the outer edge? if so maybe you can grind it off and then drill out the spot welds. I would think that if you cut like you said it may be able to see it from the trunk.

Could be a bad sending unit,or the sending wire has shorted to ground. As far as the filter goes, the pressure is read after the filter so it would not indicate a clogged filter in this case.

If a trans change is desired, go with a c-4 street smart package [lifetime warranty] from performance automatic. and lose the boat anchor.

Dont complicate it with synth. oils, run conv. oil like castrol gtx 10w-40 in sum., 10w-30 in winter. as far as zinc goes, I have not heard of this to be a problem, but add it if you feel the need, I always add a qt. of rislone to keep the engine clean.

Hey , I just rememberd somthing. I had a 1990 F150 with a 302 and it would use 1 qt of oil when I would travel to charlotte NC, each way. it was still under warranty so the dealer retorqued the intake manifold and it used almost no oil from then on.

a 302 block (windsor)has a deck height of 8.2", 351C (335 series) is 9.2", and the 351W is 9.5" (9.480" 69-70 only), the 351M and the 400C (335series) are taller but I dont know exactly the dim. The cleavland head is wider so it looks bigger All are considerd small blocks. Big blocks are FE series (390,406,410,427,428) and 385 series (429,460)
