  1. Still rebuilding my holley DP(model 4777-7) after dropping it and breaking the plastic overflow baffle.Lost a part on the ground today and as i was searching for that i found this little part and said to myself "that sure does look like it belongs in my carb" .Cept that i cant remember that part coming out. Also on the schematics for my carb it does show that part but with another part,a check ball(but only for mid 70's and earlier models).Again,im sure no check balls came out of the carb when i took it apart, but two check balls came with the rebuild kit,BUT the rebuild kit has lots of parts that arent for my carb and the blow up schematic that came with the rebuild kit barely looks like my carb(yes its the right rebuild kit.Hope im still makin sense.Anyways, does anyone recognize this part,if so does it have to be in my carb and does it need to be with a check ball?Thx

  5. wrong part Raven, thx tho.The part im talking about is a white or beige palastic vent/baffle ,its connected at the metering block and is housed in the fuel bowl.Im thinking of glueing it back together but im worried gas will affect most kinds of glue.

  13. I looked up wire reviews and Granatelli wires seem to be very low in ohms, anyone have any experience with em?Taylors are what i have now and they did the job decently until they got fried but ide like a real good set.One thing ive noticed is that a lot of the companies dont produce kits for 69 302's,only 1980's and up v8 5L's,could i buy a set that works for a v8 5L?
