Midlife 814 Report post Posted May 13, 2020 Just lengthen the body a bit. C'mon...it's not that difficult to do with a chain and a come-along. Might need a metal stretching wheel as well.

mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted May 24, 2020 Our first Bronco being picked up and headed to Ohio. This is a good friend of ours that let us do a lot of R&D for some of the new products we will be making.
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted June 4, 2020 I decided to be a little different on this build compared to the others . We started out having some metal formed to the curvature of the doors and end caps and welded them in the bedside. We also welded the the end caps solid to the bed. mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted June 4, 2020 Laying down some mud :) Got the glove box done. They did this in a Hard Coat, instead of just black anodized, it's a lot harder finish.

Machspeed 219 Report post Posted June 12, 2020 Rich, you're really getting after that Bronco. I see some nice stuff coming from you for future Bronco lovers too. You got at least two Mustangs in there, what's going on with them?

He thinks he will have to buy another new one and settle up with Tremec later. On the green 67 he added a E-Stop.

mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted July 1, 2020 You can buy the metal roofs from Dynacorn, but then you have a lot of prep time and painting. since ours will be carbon fiber, you just bolt it on and it's a fraction of the weight.
