First drive yesterday

Recommended Posts

After 3.5 years, I drove the car under its own power yesterday. I did knock the exhaust loose driving it back into the garage but all things considered it was a pretty damn good day.

Nice Job Miketyler. Now go and enjoy all that hard work.

Yes it was quite a thrill. I have a new squawk list of items to fix now. The rear is all stock except springs were de-arched 2" + 2" lowering blocks for total of 4" drop. The 315's are very close on the springs but we will see if I have contact issues.

The car looks SUPER! Thats Great new, you must of been smiling from ear to ear with a little anxiety.

Are you still trying to fit the shaker with stock air assembly. Somewhere there is a thread, I think "Streetking" who used a chrome air filter and attached the shaker on top of that.

Anyhow, it's been 3.5 years, at least put an few miles on her and enjoy. Have Fun!!
