Silver-Fox got a reaction from JayEstes in Softer ride
I put in Viking 2 way adjustable on all 4 wheels and set them to zero for the fist 10 miles to break them in, now the ride is pretty good with them set at level 2 & 3.
I have Viking coilovers up front with global west control arms with Shelby drop and 4 1/2 leaf mid eye in the rear.
My experience in the past was I could never get single adjustable right to where I wanted them.
I think QA or Viking are good choices.

Silver-Fox got a reaction from RPM in Center of balance
Questions: When you weigh the entire vehicle was your weight included in the number besides the full tank of gas ?
What size gas tank ?
Request: For us simple minded folks, how about the midpoint location specificly located on the vehicle, like how mnay inches forward or back from a door edge. We might not measure correctly from what point on bumper.
Mustang seems heavier then origal specs.
Thanks for the information.....good to know.

Yea, that would be bad. I could also use a nylock nut on the bottom once it is set in place, sorta double nut. Your PDF files converted work great, Thanks for the drawings!

Silver-Fox reacted to ggugert in 70 Sportsroof Drum to Disc Front Upgrade
Ok, now I am more confused than ever. I had been researching kits with SSB and MPB. Another thread reported finding S10 Blazer calipers. I spoke with SSB and their MC will not bolt up to an OE booster, which I was planning. I also found out that the lead time for these kits is 3/4 weeks.
I talked to Classic Tube about lines and they said they have a complete kit, brakes, booster, rotors, pedal, etc and complete lines.
Has anyone had any experience with them?
I really don't want to piece meal parts from multiple companies.
One way or the other, the car is up on stands, wheels off and I will start taking the front drums off and drain the lines this weekend.
