Nice! -
Sun roof is from a 2010 Camaro. Just got a bug one day and did it about 6 months ago.

67-68 Coupe to Fast Back Conversion

You are a master cutter. Nice work! -
91 with carb, I would say 10.5:1, should be safe. I am sure others with more experience will chime in!
-
What bob said. Do you want 85 or 91 Octane streetable? EFI or carb?

I got my car, and noticed it had two VIN numbers. Uh oh. Luckily the second VIN came back clean. Turns out I was lucky, as someone put a 69 top on a 70 chassis, and did it right so everything was still straight and square. It could have gone very wrong. I consider myself extremely lucky.

I did a mustang II conversion, and she handles like a modern sports car. I am sure you will love the handling! Are you going with a 4-link in the rear? I also measured about 200 times as I was putting it in, but mine was a welders series, so many more measurements required!

I read that is where most people go wrong with custom turbos; they use a standard flange which cannot support the weight, then warp the flange. It is also important if you are running aluminum heads that the screws go in far enough, and locking fasteners (stage 8) are a must!
-
3/4" Since they need to support the turbo weight.

Crashed my Fastback - The rebuild thread

Totally agree!! -
Pulled the turbos after 2k miles. All looks great. Found two header leaks, look like easy fix.

Only difference between the pic and what I want is the silver part is black, with a small silver stripe.

http://www.competitionproducts.com/Fully-Machined-Ford-351W-Block-4060-Bore/productinfo/PMB351-060/#.VkYUj7erSUk Price has gone up a little.

Don't remember where I got it, but I got a remanned 351W, 4.060 over, and stroked it to 4.17 (431 CID). The block came machined and ready to stuff for $700. It had been magna fluxed, cleaned and honed. I will look in my records for the shop I got it from. I am also running boost with twin turbos, and I have no complaints.

I can totally appreciate that!

Mustangs unlimited repop exterior door handles
Footcutter11 replied to bomccorkle's topic in 1969-70 Technical Forum
I cut the door to fit the new hardware, then welded on a skin over it to make it look finished. -
Lookin' for 17" x 8". I will poke about. Thanks!

I'm torn on the pipes. I love the new sound, but the side pipes had a cool factor a lot of people liked. I may need some cutouts. :)

Thinking about these rims. Thoughts?

Exactly right on the T5. I have an upgraded T5, and I don't power shift, or dump the clutch. It is holding up nicely. 9" tires in the rear help as the fuse, as they break loose if too much torque is applied. With that said, my long term goals include a TKO600, and 12" tires.

At the show. My neighbors were sporting about $1M in hardware.
