  2. wow I remember basin' this was the first time i ever fell in love with that year! :D I think its a reasonable price aswell
  3. I herd Heidts is really good, but some ppl dislike the mustang II suspension. ppl tend to go with TCP kit I for one might go with the AJE engineering suspension but they're are so many kits available now it all depends on how big your pocket book is.
  4. true he can convert it to a FB BUT if he decides to sell it in the near future, it won't sell for much and he has to state that its a coupe and the conversion would probably be worth more than the car itself, so he will most likely lose money both ways if he goes that route. I say restore it to its original form, sell it, then buy a FB. but the way the car stands, i think you picked a lemon. i would use that car as a donor and find another Coupe or even FB. It may cost more but its worth the investment. GL with what ever you decide to do. :D

  6. hrm, are you trying to widen the fenders? if anything i would have someone fabricate some out of metal and weld them on, I would think it would cost as buying FiberGlass. I would widen the fender like the agent 47 harbinger

  8. c-4 love to leak but overall its a good transmission. doing a Conversion costs money unless you farm out the parts and DIY. In any case your going to go over your budget with the things you want to do to your car. replace the seals, and modify the suspension for better handling. also, brakes are a good thing too.

  10. honestly I say go with the edelbrock top end kit, good reliable street performance. I never used that kit but some ppl are pretty happy with it. the price is fair aswell, probably cost as much as porting your stock heads etc..

  12. see if you can exchange your heads for 351w it'll probably be cheaper for you then to have your 302 head be adapted to ur 351w. but if anything go aftermarket, it would probably make more sense, since ur looking for more Airflow etc... BUT, I would have to ask what are you plans with this motor?

  16. yeah, unless you go after a cowl hood it won't fit under the stock hood unless you modify alot to make it fit. I have a 392w stroker, I'll be going with Weiand Stealth intake aswell.

  20. use body filler and nothing more, its just as strong and more pliable. if you use the other stuff who knows if it'll react to the paint could probably blister and and you would have a problem. Glad everything is working out for you!
  21. Have alot of patience and think realistically, and of course if you get upset just walk away and come back to it when your calm lol GL with your build.
  22. yeah, t5s are everywhere they can be built up to take alot of punishment but usually the casing are the first to go. anyways good luck with the build! hopefully later on I can buy a tko (crossing fingers)
  23. oh ok, i thought were talking about ford 9" or 8". currently I have a 8" setup with 2:79's (lame) don't know if i should upgrade to a complete 9" setup (housing/axles/3rd) or buy an 8"3rd member from an ebay seller that claims his ford 8" can handle up to 550hp. but since i have a c4 from PA performance, Im debating what gears to go with. anyways thanks for the heads up.
