  1. just bought a used trailer hitch for my 69 conv,had one on my old 70 fb,its gonna be great for towing dirtbike trailer and boat trailer painted the same color as car. :thumbup:
  2. best bang for the buck would be a fogger nos system and a good ign system . my 2 cents
  3. most guides says drill out the holes ,as their bushings are overzize
  4. in my ears a leakin exh gasket, common with over torqued bolts.
  5. on my 69 vert they were loose and cracked i put a autometer watertemp guage in the hole works/looks good.
  6. thanks raven that was the thread i looked for.my light/relay has worked ok since 1988 but now the light is on all the time.
  7. where can i find the relay for the seatbelt warning light, damn thing is on all the time. 69 conv
  8. i use a 3 or 4 finger oilfilter removal tool
  9. can anyone help me id my camshaft . the # are-288 r10 cc fa 8989 529356 8g1a. it is cleveland cam and i think the engine is from bgn series or something like that , it has wery worked heads and rocker bolts thru the svo valve covers,highrise svo intake and a 750 dp with a lot of work done.
  10. i also had a bunch of gremlins in my car when the headlightswitch broke,also check the connection of circuit box-eng bay connector there is a bolt that was loose on my car.
  11. since you have a good cl keep it, a 4v windsor 69 is hard to find.i am in the same boat, the windsor in my car needed everything but i got a fresh cl , it is not original but wtf -
