stangnet33 88 Report post Posted May 19, 2014 So I'm thinking about maybe installing some gauges in where the hole is on an A/C equipt dash pad. Just wondering if there is enough room and if the hole is big enough to get some gauges in there. I could mount them on the console like some do, but I would like them a little higher up. The a-pillar is out as I'm going to mount my tach there. I'm in the market for a new dash pad and instead of slicing up a new non-A/C I would just buy a A/C one. Anyone seen it done ? Thx

moodster 55 Report post Posted May 19, 2014 I have seen it done before - in several different 69s actually - but unfortunately I didn't like the look so no pictures saved :-( It is however a good place to put the gauges as it is readily visible unlike the console gauges which are too far down IMO. david
