Bucket Seats in '69 Restomod

ive been wanting some type of bucket seat for my 69 vert. right now i have the original seats but the ones that go about half way up your back it seems. Im debating on new seats all together or new TMI sets. Problem is, the previous owner had the front and backs custom made and they match. so i would have to change everything or have the front seats look different than the back

I got me seats from a 3rd gen Dodge Viper off ebay. Probably gonna upholster them to look like Mach 1 seats.

Has anyone used 2005-10 mustang seats in a 69-70 coupe.

if so does anyone have photos or advise.

OK Guys! I just bought a set! They are being shipped right now. I just bought the cores and tracks - with no Fiero covers on them. They are cheaper that way. The guy I bought them from was great - sent a lot of pictures. They are perfect cores, no foam breakdown and no bolsters pushed out. The pair were $75. And the tracks were an extra $20. So I am into it $95 - but shipping was another $80 to my door.....lol. He said he would ship Greyhound for $40 so if you live close to a Greyhound thats a cheaper option. I am far from needing these seats but I wanted to squirrel away a pair before they are too hard to find!

did you find someone that had several sets or was it just an individual with only one set. Reason I ask is I;m looking for a set also.

You wont use the seat tracks, Simply weld a Tab on to your Mustang tracks and drill a hole in them and they bolt on... Just did conversion myself
