No, actually ours is Sept if I remember correctly? I know it early, but what the hell,

I'm so proud of this 40 yr old machine! It just dawned on me that tonight they all turn 40.

So what month in '68 did '69 production begin? Around Aug. or Sept.?

I thought the new ones show up on the lot in sept / oct. If thats the way it was back then, 3 months prior would be JUNE of 68 for a start date on the 69's?

My Mach1 turned 40 today. I threw a party in the garage & finished the fraim rail path I have been putting off for months.

Mine turns 40 on the 21st. Hopefully it will be out of the body shop before its birthday. My gift to it on its birthday! :happybday:

i believe production for the 69's started in August of 68. both of my cars are november built units. my old 70 cougar was built early in the 70 model run as well and would have been built in 69, can't remember for sure but i want to say it was an october 69 car

It was born in the Plant in Mutuchen, NJ on this date in 1969. Hopefully it'll be back on the street in a couple of months.
