Car insurance

Where do you guys get insurance for your cars? I have Liability insurance via GEICO but they will not offer comp and collission.....now that the car is worth something I want insurance.

Haggerty was the best deal for me.

Note that mine is registered as a classic car and not a daily driver.

I use Hagerty as well, not a daily driver either though.

I use ANPAC. I had to move my other 4 cars over to them, and give them my homeowners as well, but my Fastback only costs $120 per year and I get 7,500 miles. Though I'm not driving it yet, it will be a daily driver.

Haggerty - $303 a year for $42K coverage / 5k miles per year. Needs to be garaged at night.

I have Hagerty as well, if you can meet their criteria, they are the way to go.

 

You must have an onsite garage at your residence, you must have a good driving record and you must have an addtional car for every licensed driver in the house, other than that they are amazingly leanient. If you can not get such insurance then make sure whoever you go with offers an "agreed value" policy and then make sure you get the car appraised for actual value first and make sure you keep it current at least every other year and also when ever you add money to the car.
