  1. I have the rocker moulding on my 70 Sportsroof but no wheel trim.
  2. Congrads! Your car turned out really beautiful. I love the fact that you drive it!
  3. No worries. Glad I was able to help. I understand the 1969-70 Model year Mustangs are quite popular in OZ nowadays.
  4. My car here now has the standard tach dash set up in it. I got it from a guy that was doing a resto mod on a real 70 Boss 302. I tried talking him out of doing that but he is hell bent on his path. Such a waste of a G code but what can you do? I bought the motor, seats, fold down seat, door panels etc as he gutted the car and is starting fresh with all sorts of new after market stuff. So with this newly acquired stuff I will start on my next project. My own mix of a street toy. A 70 sports roof I have on my property that I will now build into a old school style Hot Rod with some goodies in it. I need a bigger garage sheesh....
  5. Wow not many sold! I have seen about as many 1970 Boss 302 with and without the tach dash 50/50. I have only seen 3 69 Boss 302 cars all had tach dash but were deluxe interior.
  6. I have both a 1969 and 70 Boss 429. I measured both and there are 7" from the edge of the hood adjacent to the cowl panel.
  7. I am curious if anyone knows the production figures for 1969 and 1970 Mustang s with the Standard Tach dash vs Deluxe Tach dash by year and model? Thanks in advance.
  8. I run a 15x7 with 4.25 backspacing and a 235/60/15 BFG Radial T/A No rubbing and looks good. I think a 245/60 would work as well but might rub. All stock fender lips, no spacers, disc brakes OEM type.
  9. Question folks? Does anyone know how many standard interior tach dash Mustangs were built in 1970? Thanks in advance
  10. Okay. I have located and purchased a correct Mustang 70 Rim blow wheel. Thank you everyone much appreciated.
  11. Ash, Question are there many 76-80 Ford Escorts still around there? If so what do they sell for? Lastly any ideas what shipping to the U.S. would be? Thanks
  12. Trunk latch bolts arrived yesterday! They are perfect thank you so very much! Hey everyone just a heads up this guy is a stand up all around awesome seller. Thank you again!!!!!!!
  13. Yes please do. I am interested in both. You can pm me the pictures and we can work out the details in payment and shipping. Thank you,
  14. Old school Earl's Plumbing or as I have steel braided aircraft grade been on since 91.
  15. Cool thanks for the information that is helpful. Now if I can only find a complete wheel.
  16. I don't know if this will help. I lived in the Philippines and I know when it gets hot and really humid at times Vapor Lock can be an issue. One other thing I have seen is if there is any rubber hose in the system to the carb. it collapses restricting fuel flow. Lastly a low, no spark condition has caused stumbling. Anyway just tossing a couple of ideas out there to try and help. Hope it resolves as this stuff can be well just really makes one lose confidence in the car.
  17. I have heard both good and bad things about Rim Blow Buddy. Yes the 70 is a completely different wheel. At first glance the two look the same. However they are different the 69 wheel will not work on a 70. The 70-73 will interchange I have been told.
  18. You car looks really nice out there with the others. The Boss 302 almost looks like a grabber schemed car at first glance. No external frills like shaker, sports slats and rear wing. Color looks vaguely familiar. They are cool the G code cars. The thing I like is people do a double take on mine and always say how come you did not put the Mach 1 moldings back on? I smile and say because it is not a Mach 1. It baffles many. I recall one Boss 302 when I lived in the Philippines in the early 80's a Philippine Air Force Officer that was attached to the then U.S.A.F Base Clark Field had a Boss 302 and I tried to buy that car to no avail. I wonder what ever happened to it. Anyway thanks for the share looked like a fun outing.
  19. Thank you. I understand the 1969 and 70 wheels are different. The 70 steering column will not accept a 1969 wheel as it is a larger diameter.
  20. I am looking for a 1970 Mustang complete working non cracked rim blow steeing wheel. Green or black. Please let me know what you have with pictures and price. Thank you.
  21. Looks nice! I run 235/60/15 and 275?60/15 B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A's on the front and rear of my car on 15x7 and 15x9 wheels on my car.
  22. Thank you for the offer. I just was sent a pair by another member on here. I forgot to update this post. I will not as of now need them. If it changes for any reason I will be sure to get in contact. Again Thank you very much.
  23. Beautiful job. The car looks better than brand new. Cool pictures of the cars at the village. Not many places like that left anymore. Old cars are fast disappearing everywhere. Time passes and it seems to faster as one advances in years. I hope the Mustang keeps a big smile plastered on your face like mine does for me when I drive it. Have a great day!
  24. Nice score on the house. The Mustang is beautiful very nice looking car inside and out. The sport deck seat really make these cars stand out as well.
