capemustang 15 Report post Posted October 20, 2019 I am considering having some body work (it’s never some!) done on my car as well as upgrade to power steering. Does anyone have some advice on restoration shops they prefer and have good experiences with in the Houston area? Thank you in advance. Mine is a 69 convertible 302 3 speed manual. RPM 1,190 Report post Posted October 21, 2019 I know, trust and recommend Steve and Glen Buzek of Steve's Mustang Parts. Believe they are in Tomball.

JayEstes 172 Report post Posted November 1, 2019 I used a shop in Alvin, Tx for my body work and paint. Going on 3 years, I don't have a single complaint. Place is called "Gulf Coast Custom & Collision". Guy name Rich runs the place, and he has some really skilled hands for classic work. Did my whole car the right way in about 5 months. Not cheap, but I've seen people pay more for less quality. Highly recommended. This is not a full up restoration shop, it's paint & body wor.k
