rchappelear 28 Report post Posted February 7, 2014 so this is pigtailed with, what looks like, the climate control light. It is a small bullet shaped item, with a clip on it and a small hole. buening 63 Report post Posted February 7, 2014 I think the shifter light travels through the trans tunnel and goes through a grommet into the shifter. I'm thinking it is the heater light and lower ash tray lights. By adding the ash tray, the factory had to piggy back with the heater light so it could plug into the 3-way harness light feed. I know on my mach all three pins are filled, so the addition of the ash tray wouldn't work in my case without that piggyback shown in his pic. They two items (heater control and ash tray) are also very close to each other, thus the relatively short wiring length. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
