Just realized that all Holley 750 ultra double pumper have mechanical secondaries anybody running one? If I want vacuum secondaries and electric choke in the 750cfm carb what are my options? Or should I go with the mechanical secondaries?

Getting a Holley ultra 750 double pumper for my 408 stroker with electric choke. What is the difference between vacuum and mechanical secondaries? Which is best? I'm borderline on my vacuum as I have vacuum brakes and a hotter cam. Where does the vacuum line for the secondaries hook to?

Flywheel, the car is just for fun nothing for track just to take to a few meets and around town. Had to rebuild the 351W so decided to ann a little extra!

I'm getting ready to replace my 3.00 9 inch with either a 3.25 or 3.50 I want to install a posi at the same time. Which posi would be best? I plan on local driving ans maybe a twice a year 100 mile trip to San Diego. my Mach1 has a 408 stroker 525 hp with a built up FMX tranny. Any thoughts or ideas would be great! Steve

I found the JBA headers and exhaust system work well no problem with my 69 351W and FMX transmission I would think their system for a 302 should work and fit as good!

Anybody have experience with their tilt steering column? Thinking of getting one to make it easier to get in and out of my stang.

Long term plan is to replace my glue in glass with bolt in. For now I need to stay with the glue in. Several months ago someone posted either here or on VMF a great post with drawings and measurements on how the glass was glued into the channel. Does anyone know where I can find the post I've tried to search with no luck!

Looking for a new set of wires for my new 408W I have a new Pertronix II with a standard cap. I really like the looks of the wires that wrap around the front of the valve covers rather than the ones that go over the top. Who makes the best set? I also have JBA headers on the beast,

Looked at the Scott Drake ignition pigtail and saw the pink wire, one would think as common as the dizzy upgrade is that Scott Drake would make a pigtail unit with a regular wire in it!

Sounds like I would be better off just to change out the pink wire from the ignition what size wire should i use? I want to keep things simple!

So would I be better buying the relay kit to just bypass the pink wire and go full 12v all the wat through the system?

So I'm installing a pertronix II dizzy and flame thrower coil in my 69 stang.I have a new 3 wire harness that goes from a plug with one wire to the oil sending unit, one wire to the temp sending unit and a 3rd to the coil. one wire is green and red, one white with a red stripe and the other is red with a white stripe, so where is the pink wire that I need to replace? Help!
