  1. Hey Coz, what heads are you running on your motor?
  2. tiz a sweet Fairmont! :tongue_smilie: You boyz must turn some heads when you're out cruising together!! Very rare to see those cars gracing the streets of Scotland I'll bet!
  3. Great pic looking over the hood of the stang!:tongue_smilie:
  4. Very, very nice!! I,m finding it 'a tough decision' to decide which style shaker too have now. Top job, mate!
  5. Ford claim there are only 4 in the country that have been ordered RHD from the U.S.
  6. Dang fine eye there Mr Rodshop!! That it is!! :whistling:
  7. btw, we're going to have the admins rename you, "Lord Humungous!" Only the girls I've been with call me that, champ!:shifty:
  8. Looking good mate! I too am enjoying the AU$ to the US$.:shifty:
  9. Yep very rare now, they made three models in that style falcon coupe the models were XA 1972-'73, XB 1973-'76 and XC 1976-'78. They all ran 351 4V clevo's, FMX or Toploader and 9inch rears.:tongue_smilie: Mad MAX's car was the XC with a custom front end and spoilers/flares fitted. I took these pics of the original car at a show in Perth. I used to own the yellow XB '73 falcon. God I wish I had of kept her.
  10. Had the privelige of heading down to the old mans friends ford museum and having a gork at this coupe. Had to wipe the tears out of my ears and the dribble off my chin. Nut and bolt restoration!:tongue_smilie: Also got handed the keys to the Cobra and took it for a spin.
  11. on this site: http://graphic-express.com/00-ford_motor_company.asp
  12. I find a socket that will tap tightly onto the lug nut and spin it off with a ratchet. It dont hurt the socket if its a good quality one. The locking lug steel is softer.
  13. One of these wouldn't be bad for a tattoo, minus the words. I wouldn't mind getting a t-shirt done with the horse from pic2 or pic3, but with a very angry/coy glaring look on the horses face with one eye brow raised and a big set of teeth biting a chevy badge in half. :shifty: I gotta find a good drawer to do it though. Also you could add the mustang grille emblem tattoo on the arm of the horse.
  14. I think all the Mach1 grille trims were originally silver. I have seen a few painted black. I will be painting mine black because I think the black looks better. Same goes with the tail light panel, I think they were only black on the Boss stangs but im going to paint that black too, because I like the look better than factory colour.
  15. Rottnest Island! Glad You liked Perth. I've been here all my life but this job might get me East where I can live on the other side of the country for a change. The stang rebuild might have to get mothballed for a while:sad: until I settle in.
  16. Any pics? Hey Mach1! I have just applied for a job and might be moving from Perth to Melbourne. Might have to catch up, mate!
  17. Go back to pages 8,10 and 11 of this forum and you will find some good reading and the measurements. I printed mine from a mustang site but can't remember who! :whistling:
  18. Thanks Mate! And keep the pics of your interior coming!:shifty:
  19. Do you have any links or contacts for more info on those low profile subs?:whistling:
  20. Sweet, love that sound!!! Its funny, even the girls like the shaker scoops. I heard one say to her friends one day "I like that square, black thingy that sticks out the hood and moves.":001_huh:
  21. Sweet!! Looks like some serious sound works going in as well!:punk:
  22. he he! Thats a crazy avatar you got there too!
  23. Lookin' forward to the pics. With all the custom manifolds being fitted these days, some brainiac could make a good dollar if he come up with an idea for an adjustable height shaker base.!!?:001_huh:
  24. Will you put a K&N top flow filter on as well?:shifty: I'm looking at something like you are doing as well. Thanks for the pics.
