tommyjack 15 Report post Posted February 22, 2015 Just about to finish this 69 Mach Indian Fire Red S code, nick named 'Wild Wanda for the note I found someone had placed on the assembly line. California car, 1 of 4 in that color with those options. Nicest rust free body I've ever worked on. Rebuilt 390, PS PB AC, C6, posi. Took her down to bare metal then primed/sealed, 4 coats PPG Deltron and 4 coats PPG clear. Final wet sand was with 3M trizit 5000 grit. Came with original Cal black plate tags. Probably gonna sell her this spring when I take her to the shows and it get an offer I can't refuse. Happened with my last one. Otherwise it's nearly identical bar the lack of AC and posi but mine does have a tach dash - build date February 13 in San Jose and bound for Portland OR.
