passengers side bolt in glass

About 5 years ago i swapped 70 glass in the drivers side of the Grande but used '69 regulators. It hangs up real bad on the spring so i bought '70 regulators to help out and and finally...today I did the passengers side. Had some issues....like broken guide but luckily I have a extra set of doors with everything I need. It went way easier this time around.

 

Lesson learned....use wood clamps to hold the glass....not your wife lol

 

I still need to do the quarter glass but I'll get that tomorrow.

How tough is the conversion? I've got my passenger side glass slipping now so I need to either re-glue or switch to bolt-in. I'm debating which of those two to do and whether I want to tackle it or call in an expert.

I see there are a number of kits available that have everything including the glass. Any opinions there?

I replaced the drivers side glass regulator this morning. It was hanging up in a couple places. It was super easy! Wood clamps man...wood clamps. Lol

 

I'll post some pics in a bit and do a quick write up.
