69_Mustang 26 Report post Posted November 12, 2012 Other than these guys: http://www.araoengineering.com Anything else available? I'd imagine with 32 valves total, the intake and exhaust would benefit a ton with the right supporting mods. So, why don't we use any 4 valve heads? jandj1970 13 Report post Posted November 14, 2012 Not a bad set of heads, would like to see more results with these heads before handing over $6500. Theres alot involved to set up the heads on a motor.
69_Mustang 26 Report post Posted November 14, 2012 Yeah, probably not ideal. At least without a fully built motor.
Angel 24 Report post Posted November 14, 2012 It's odd transitioning from new cars to old cars huh. Ive been following some of your threads. While most things between old and new cars are relative, they are two different animals. You're used to modern tech and now you're playing with old school stuff. Its almost like culture shock. I went through something similar when I bought a newer mustang. I went from tuning an engine with a screw driver and a timing gun to using a handheld tuner. Ask someone with a classic car what kind of intake they have and they'll say something about the manifold. Ask someone with a new car what kind of intake they have and they'll most likely say cold or ram air intake. It took me a while to get used to things too. As for the heads, those are the only 4 valve heads I know of.

Angel 24 Report post Posted November 15, 2012 Those hemi heads are nice! I didn't see any info about the valve covers.
buening 63 Report post Posted November 16, 2012 Approach with caution when dealing with this company IMO. These heads were originally Dominion brand in which Arao worked for and I think he bought the company (or changed the name due to bad publicity). Numerous orders yet no one ever seems to receive the heads. If they do they sure don't claim to own a set of these heads. I think the "Boss" guy that chimed in is actually Arao or one of his minions trying to save face, but I could be wrong. Do a google search for arao 32v head pictures and see what you find that don't come from his website. All you get is a few magazine scans. Here is a thread on corral.net about the 4valve heads for more info: http://forums.corral.net/forums/5-0-5-8-engine-tech/46770-arao-4-valve-heads-update-long.html CNC ported Kaase canted valve heads produce very similar flow rates(not sure how much extra the port work costs though): http://www.jonkaaseracingengines.com/component/content/article/231-kaase-p-38-heads.html 4valve head rate from AROA website: http://www.araoengineering.com/popwin/fordb2.htm Never seen those hemi heads before! Note the last line on the "features" section mentions it includes the valve covers. I wonder if standard SBF spark plug wires work with their supplied boots?
