jeepcj7304 10 Report post Posted October 5, 2012 I just got my new fuel lines today in the mail. They are the pre bent. Antone know what I need to unbend from shipping and which one goes where?
manley 13 Report post Posted October 5, 2012 In my experience, the bend that needs straightened out has a sticker around it that says "unbend here" or something.

jeepcj7304 10 Report post Posted October 5, 2012 I assume it is the large 1 foot round U bend.
miketyler 15 Report post Posted October 5, 2012 Presumably so. I bent up my own stainless fuel line but did purchase set of prebent stainless brake lines and they had the sticker with "shipping bend" and was easy to straighen by hand.
LindenBruce 27 Report post Posted October 5, 2012 Yeah, it will be the largest bend in the tube. At least that's how mine came. No sticker either. I found out by holding the line up to the bottom of my car and went, "Ok, that's the bend I need to straighten out." Bruce

69volunteer 84 Report post Posted December 10, 2012 You can also pick up a tube bender at HF for like $5 that will help make the bend nicer. Usually the fuel line from the tank to the fender is bent in half...you will see a big U shaped bend that will need to be straightened.
