Off to the body shop

Hmmm, I thought I'd take a quick look and it might be one of those cases where maybe it sounds better in theory, I can't say I hate it at all but hard to improve on original. Hard to say for sure with the rest unfinished too.

Yeah I guess I should have made them look like 15's but it was easier size for size. The only time I have ever liked painted is with certain colors on a sleeper with dog dish caps, that's about it.

I love the body color matched steelies with poverty caps for that muscle car look in most cases. It can look really cool. Back when these cars were new, owners probably hated that look because that was the cheap option. Now, everybody thinks it's cool as hell, me included.

 

The GT wheels painted body color for me were a completely different deal though. Makes em look too much like Olds Rallyes or something, I don't know. To me it's almost like painting the Magnum inserts body color.
