BuckeyeBOSS 10 Report post Posted January 21, 2008 I'm looking at the interior paints for a 69 Mustang and they have 2 different kinds of black available. They have "Black interior paint #946" and "Charcoal Black interior paint #4464". How do I tell which I need? Thanks.

ihateclowns 10 Report post Posted January 22, 2008 When I re-paint my interiors I use Krylon semi-flat black. It sounds like I am cheaping out but this tends to give me the best results. Clowns!

mdhracing 10 Report post Posted March 9, 2008 What I do is paint the part with Krylon semi-flat black, then paint over it with Charcol black. Charcol black is transparent, this gives it the right color. It also healps to use a heat gun.:shifty:
