about a year ago i bought a 383 forged crank that i think is an eagle crank. the only reason i don't want to use it is because i don't want to have to search for the right combo rods and pistons. if you guys can help me find a set of rods and pistons that'll give me 9:1 compression, it'd be alot of help and i'd consider using it.

I didn't know that there was a 383 stroker option for a Ford engine. I thought 383 was the CID on a stroked Chevy 350.

There's 383's, 393's, 402, 408, and 427 strokers. That's just what I've seen.
