  1. 265/35/18 Fronts. Featured in this months Modified Mustangs & Fords Magazine!
  2. Using the Ford Racing computer and harness. Although we've never done it this way, It can be done by notching the shock towers.
  3. Well, I can tell you that straight-line traction doesnt exist with these tires and 600 foot pounds of torque. I dont really push my cars hard in the turns, so I dont think I will be able to give an honest assessment there.
  4. Been a little while, but the build is nearing completion. It make 567RWHP on a Mustang dyno. Just need to install the cowl panel when it comes back from paint touch up, and take care of a minor oil leak.
  5. Hood is stock steel with the 429 scoop added. Bought the car with it already there.
  6. The car has both Heidts front and rear suspension. I went with 275# front springs and 250# rears.
  7. Got the 18" Billet Magnums mounted and installed, along with a ride height adjustment. Just needs tuning, and the body shop to install the graphics.
  8. I used a Strange Universal small bore manual master cylinder.

  10. Nice! Very similar to my build. Love the Coyote motors..http://www.1969stang.com/mustang/forum/showthread.php?t=9226
  11. Most of the interior is complete at this point. Before I send the car to the upholstery shop, I am going to give the headliner installation a try. Just waiting on the rear headliner springs/rods to get here from Ebay. Then front seats and that should do it. Pretty sure I like the Billet Specialties steering wheel, but hope it continues to grow on me. The body is nearly complete. Had a fun time getting the parking lights to look like they were mounted right. The repro lamps seemed to sit way to far back behind the valance, so I redrilled and spaced the mounting bracket up. Installed new door window rear trim and seals, and have to tweak the door to 1/4 glass alignment, as well as install the front and rear glass (which I may not attempt and pay a professional).
  12. We used a Martz subframe in that one, and it put the motor mounting points very low, so we didnt need to modify the tunnel at all.
  13. Quick Update...the car came back from the body shop with the front end put back on. I am now doing the final assembly. I am realizing the previous owner chose not to install a bunch of the factory parts, such as splash shields, inner grill moldings, etc etc.
  14. Who makes the clutch switch? Build is looking good!
  15. Grabber Blue. The wheels were on the car when I bought it so I am unsure of the exact sizes right now, but they appear to be a Bullit style.
  16. Well, after several months, the shell came back from the body shop. The plan is to get it reassembled mechanically, then send it back over there for the fenders, hood, etc. Then back here for interior and tuning :)
