STL. Mark 11 Report post Posted October 27, 2015 Both quarter panels were replaced on my fastback and there are no anchoring points for the roof side ornaments. During the restoration of the body I forgot to measure an approximate location to mount them. (My fault). I was just going to eyeball one side and then use those measurements for the other side but anyone know if there was any measurement? Thanks
Raven R code 281 Report post Posted October 27, 2015 I have the same issue on my driver side quarter panel. I wil see if I can make a mirrored template for the trim rivets. I am not using the trim screw replacement. I'm going to stud weld them on.

MustangBobby 28 Report post Posted October 27, 2015 Let's see if I can explain. Keeping the end of my tape in the curve of the quarter, the forward stud was 5 inches up. The rear stud was 4 7/8 up. The quarter panel curves up. They are 1 13/16 apart, and holding my tape level to the world, about four inches from the front of the drip rail. I don't have the trim on my car. Thankfully it doesn't have to be exact. I'm sure other cars measure differently than mine. Hope that is understandable.
STL. Mark 11 Report post Posted October 28, 2015 Thank you guys for the picture and measurements. Mine does not have to be exact either between the two I have a good idea. Thanks!
