Jefhuf 13 Report post Posted October 19, 2015 Is there a preferred year for the fiero seats?
MikeStang 247 Report post Posted October 19, 2015 No preferred year really, but the 1984 Model seats had the head rests with holes already cut for the speakers tho. You can cut holes in Non 84 seats to install speakers also. There is also the Honda S2000 seats that some folks like to use as well, and I believe Mike also makes covers for those as well. MikeStang 247 Report post Posted October 19, 2015 Oh I used the seat tracks off of my Mustang seats on the fiero seats. You will need to weld a Tab to the end of them and drill a hole to make them a bit longer to screw into the fiero seats at the rear.
schweigert 13 Report post Posted October 27, 2015 just my experience on this - I have the pro-scat (what a terrible name) seats from jegs - and my head is almost on the ceiling as well. i've smacked it a couple of times on the window drip trim getting in - the bucket seats it makes getting in and out a pain - im glad i have the tilt wheel. I only have carpet and heat sheilding (no carpet underlayment)
