Headlight adjustment ??

I am in need of a lesson on how to aim the headlights on a 69 Mach 1. From what I remember, you need to be so far away from a wall (need to know that), how high up the wall the center of the beams should be (need to know that too) and how to measure the correct left/right centering of the beams.

 

Currently, my headlights are all wacked out ... kinda embarrassing while driving at night.

A great website with a very good information on headlight alignment is daniel stern lighting. I used his information to make a wall chart. Worked out great.

Just measure the center of your headlight with a yard stick, then place it on a wall about 10 feet away. Adjust your lights until they hit the center mark on the stick.

I just did mine the "Old School" way. Parked in an ally at night with the headlights on. I then adjusted the lights to where and what I wanted to light up. I did both the low and hi beams this way.
