Pakrat 1,043 Report post Posted May 29, 2012 I continue to search for at least a '69 coupe I could modify but I always turn up empty.

Pakrat 1,043 Report post Posted May 30, 2012 Would this model not work for you Pak? With all the changes I would have to make on a 69' to remove the top and add the Shelby parts I think it would just be too much to change all those 70' specifc things too like the rear quarters and nose etc. I might as well just start from scratch at that point or from a fast back. I think the new 69' Grande Fordrevhead just posted would be doable though, I think I'll look for a good deal on the 1989 Revell CJ model you need as a donor though first since I'll be nervous enough choping up that $30 Resin body knowing I have everything I need to finish it. If I could just find a '69/70' Shelby vert now in the same scale I wouldn't have to fab up anything.
