Jack 10 Report post Posted March 16, 2011 I need to find a clutch fork boot that works with the 15201 Lakewood bellhousing, the opening is 4.25" x 2.1". Lakewood does not make one for Ford applications.

buening 63 Report post Posted March 17, 2011 You are looking at a custom fabricated piece. I considered making one for my Quicktime bell, but was told that by leaving it open it allows air to cool the clutch. I have a hydraulic throwout bearing in mine, so only hoses going in and out of the fork hole.
buening 63 Report post Posted March 17, 2011 Here are a few pictures of someone elses setup, to give you an idea It works great for OEM bells that have a flat plate opening, but mine is a mixture of flat and curved as shown below:

BuckeyeDemon 211 Report post Posted March 17, 2011 are you talking about something like this or are you running a cable/hydraulic setup?
02Lightning 10 Report post Posted March 18, 2011 Yup, something like that. where did you find that?
BuckeyeDemon 211 Report post Posted March 18, 2011 (edited) i'm interested too! the one in the picture is a reproduction for a 69 351w. i cut the end to shorten then used some adhesive to reconnect it. i have zero confidence in the adhesive and the fit with the bell isn't super snug. i don't road race so i'm not really that concerned with the extra air flow.
