Mach - Heater Core update

Hello all,

First I wanted to say the heater core is about 95% complete.

I wanted to say thanks to the many people who posted on my original thread.

 

People like 69RestoRod, Mach1Rider, jmlay and so m,any others have helped a lot. Oh yeah... F H Tom too.

 

I wanted to let people know that I finally figured out some of the trouble.

It seems as though a previous owner had stapled several of the ducts in place and had used some stick-em or other things.

 

Once I got the box apart, it gave me more room to work around. This allowed me to pull the unit inward.

 

I didn't have to mess with the defroster duct and everything went together well.

 

So I am about to cross this off the "To Do" list and will be going down the list.

 

To all the responders especially Mach1 Rider..... This one is for you

 

As an after thought....man what a great forum and what a classy bunch of people. I feel I can always seek help here.

Gotta admit..when i saw it, I first thought it was "Hello Kitty"

 

But guess what.... I now have another project for my wife, while I'm

out in the garage. (She can knit, so perhaps she'll make me something.)
