Cardnial Mach 1 10 Report post Posted December 14, 2009 I have good glass in both doors of my mach1, but need to find and install, new metal edge and weatherstrip at the back of the glass, that seals to the small back window. Does anyone have any help on the installation procedure and a location to purchase the parts?:helpsmilie:
69RavenConv 286 Report post Posted December 14, 2009 Most of the Mustang parts vendors carry it, like this one: http://www.cjponyparts.com/fastback-weatherstrip/c/10200030/ Here's a thread with lots of good info on the subject: http://www.1969stang.com/mustang/forum/showthread.php?t=6548 Good luck! Steve69 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2009 I bought the chrome trim and the rubber stripping through NPD. I had a glass company come out and they took out the window and installed the new rubber weather stripping and installed the chrome molding. I was thinking of new glass but that back window for the fastback was really expensive at the time.
