At any rate it would really depend on the heads and condition of the block. If its all together and you can't verify condition I would say 250-350 range. If it was me I would let it pass, in OH at the swap I saw a 71 351C w/C6 trans go for 400. A 4 bolt block w/oil gallery work done go for around 300, all cleaned and ready to build.
