Dual cylinder brakes w/o booster?

Recommended Posts

I asked on Stangnet, but thought I might try here too. Anyone running this:

I'm not exactly planning any vacuum in my new motor, so Hydratech or a typical unassisted race setup like this. I'd love the feel but not sure how hard it will be to push? I've tried a 2006 NASCAR with similar style setup (3400 lb car, no booster) and that was HARD! I'm guessing both from no booster but also because of race pads that needed to be much warmer than what I was allowed to run them.

Any input? Might just have to try it...

I have the Hydratech system but haven't installed it yet. Waiting on parts before I dig into it. I'll let you know how it goes. I've heard only good things.

I have a long duration cam and it kills vacuum at idle. I can stop at speed but not very well in a parking lot panic stop. This should fix that....
