69 Coupe Project

Hey guys I'm new here and I figured I'd jump right into the mix of things. I've got a 69 coupe that I'm restoring and I want your input on what needs to be done. All the rust has been taken care of and the interior is stripped down to the bare metal. What should I do next?? Paint the car or get to work on the engine?? I'm a senior in high school working on a very modest budget so I'm not sure what the next step should be... any advice?
