Curtis Hume 0 Report post Posted September 29, 2005 I have a 1969 Grande with light blue interior. The dash pad (which was apparently replaced by te previous owner) is black. Was this the stock color or was the original pad a shade of blue?
bnickel 10,004 Report post Posted September 29, 2005 could have gone either way. if the car has the visibility group it probably had the black dash, they don't glare on the windshield as bad as the lighter colors
Curtis Hume 0 Report post Posted September 30, 2005 Thanks. Pardon my ignorance but what is a "visibility group" and how would I know if my car had this? Thanks
Pakrat 1,043 Report post Posted September 30, 2005 What you need is a marti report so you can see how and when your car was ordered.
Trinitys 134 Report post Posted September 30, 2005 you'll find these things on your car.....but if your last owner wanted to he couls have added all these items himself as i did. (1) L/H remote-controlled mirror(standard for mach and grande), (2) trunk lamp, (3) illuminated ignition switch, (4) glovebox lamp, (5) glovebox lock, (6) ash tray lamp and (7) parking brake warning lamp. The Visibility Group also added underdash courtesy lamps to all Hardtops, including Grande' models.
