Congrats on the huge progress on a tremendous car. I know it's not an SCJ. Few are. But a super high value 1 of 1 has some real downside, a tendency to become a trailer queen and high insurance costs among them. When you wrote "Kicking myself everyday for the last 30 years for selling my 69 Aculpulco Blue Drag Pack Mach, then finding it 4 years ago, unaffordable of course." it struck a chord. I sold a 1934 5-window project car 30+ years ago and have been kicking myself as well. I also sold my '68 Charger 440 4v 4sp Dana car I had in high school. I can't watch that damn Graveyard Cars show because it's just too painful.
The odder than odd thing though is that I own a '69 Acapulco Blue Drag Pack Mach. It's no one of one, it's a one of 3.388 but it has been the patch on my heart for the '34 and a fond reminder of my HS car in personality, smell, performance and pretty much every other way. 15 years of ownership of the SCJ and it has been a life saver.
Enjoy driving the Black Jade beauty. I wouldn't blame you if you put CJ valve covers on it and an aftermarket shaker. Nothing wrong with that in my mind at all.
