Sermo27 75 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 All my gauges don't work but my oil and water temp pressure cables have power, the only one that doesn't get power is the cable going to my fuel tank. What do you guys think can be the problem? 3 zapedVem, Selmadox and ncdruroSor reacted to this
Raven R code 281 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 Check to make sure that the "circuit board" on the back of the cluster didn't delaminate causing the gauge to short out.
Ken's 70 MACH 1 10 Report post Posted January 25, 2017 Sermo27, Like Raven said, it's your flexible, printed circuit board on the back. You can run a multimeter to the fuel sender unit and ground it but that will read 70-10 ohms. Power itself comes from the CVR on the flexible circuit board. Sermo27 75 Report post Posted January 25, 2017 Yeah the circuit board, the tank and the sending unit I have are brand new. I did reuse the voltage limiter that my car came with though
