Anyone in Sacramento CA that can look at a car for me?

There is a blue 70 mustang coupe on CL that is very rough looking but I am wondering just how bad it is? It shows it's an M code but I am wondering if it has a 351c 4v in it and does it still have the 9"

Asking price is $1000

Can someone look at it for me and would you be able to grab it and store it for a short bit till I could get up there?
