69RavenConv 286 Report post Posted January 25, 2016 Most states have a process for registering an untitled car. They run the VIN, make sure it's not stolen, etc.. But there's something fishy about it. No title but recent plates. "Doesn't run" but looks like a complete car with no parts missing. Owner/Craigs Lister thinks it's a '68 but it's a '69.
