Carb question

I am putting my car together and it is a 351W. It was an "H" code car but I am putting the 4bbl 4300 on it. I am trying to hook up the choke tube to the choke housing on the carb. The ends are both female. I am attaching a picture of an adapter that I saw on a website. Does anyone know if this is correct? If so does anyone have one that they want to let go of? The photos are not of my car or carb but used for reference.

The adapter in the picture is for a flared tubing .The tubing end pictured with the fitting end will not work correctly.

I have those for my transmission cooler lines. Don't think they are meant for the carb.

When I had a 4300 on my car that appears to be the same adapter that I used. It worked well.

One thing to consider.....most of these choke assemblies are fairly similar in size. Maybe find an old Holley with an electric choke element and see if you can convert.

I am trying to make everything look stock and don't know how it was hooked up originally. I have two female ends and there has to be some sort of adapter since it obviously won't work the way it is. Every choke tube set that I see has the female connector on the end and so does every 4300 choke housing that accepts the choke tube that I see on the web.

Go to local hdwr store and get a compression to pipe fitting for the size you need.
